Teri grew up in Palm Springs, CA, and her family, the Stokes, owned several boutique hotels in Downtown Palm Springs and Desert Hot Springs. With 28 years in the food service industry, Teri has put in the time, and has the talent, and experience to successfully open and run her own restaurant and bar. Since 2008, she has been serving The Cheesecake Factory in Rancho Mirage, CA as General Manager. Prior to joining The Cheesecake Factory brand, Teri spent 13 years as a Managing Partner for Outback Steakhouse. Teri is a highly driven leader who has proven successful, at implementing strategic approaches to drive profitability and sales. She has been recognized for performance excellence in operations and customer care. Teri shines at motivating, training, and developing team members to drive profitability in a highly competitive environment.
Husband and business partner to Teri. Tim Fox joins the Foxy's Kitchen + Bar Team and brings his own 25+ years of valuable experience to the table. Tim's career ranges from service in the U.S. Navy (members of his unit, gave him the nickname, Foxy, while serving in the military, and Teri and Tim wanted to pay homage to their dedication and valor, by naming the restaurant, Foxy's Kitchen + Bar) plus, management across various players in the food service industry, in Trilogy at The Polo Club (a luxury 55+ community), and, most recently, in the high-end fine dining, "mister parker's" restaurant on-site at Leading Hotel's of the World Member - Parker Palms Springs Hotel. Tim led an underperforming private resort club that was ranked last in the portfolio to Top 3 in the company. Other hospitality management ventures include The Cheesecake Factory, Hard Rock Cafe, Morton's Steakhouse, Edward Jones Investments, CIBC World Markets, Kobe's Japanese Steakhouse, and Pick Up Stix.
Foxy's Kitchen + Bar, is proud to introduce your Executive Chef G. "Manny" Manuel, who comes aboard with the passion, dedication, experience, and creativity you would expect, who was recently one of Top Executive Kitchen Managers at The Cheesecake Factory for over 25+ years. Prior to joining The Cheesecake Factory, Chef Manny worked with the culinary teams for LA based restaurants, Louise's in Brentwood, CA and Asakuma in Santa Monica, CA. Chef Manny was also the recipient for the Restaurant of the Year for The Cheesecake Factory, and awarded year after year for high metrics in food safety, food quality and hospitality. Chef Manny has assembled one of the best culinary teams for Foxy's Kitchen + Bar. With years of experience, and their passion for food and hospitality, it will certainly bring love and happiness to every guest that enjoys his amazing creations each, and every night. We are "ALL" fortunate to have Chef Manny and his culinary team joins us at FKB. We thank his lovely wife, Nercida, and their two beautiful daughter's, Ashley and Melody, for sharing this "legendary" talent!
Foxy's Kitchen + Bar is proud to introduce - Antonio Martinez, Bar Director/Head Mixologist, whom is one of the most talented mixologist in the industry. With almost 10 years of experience, Antonio is well known and one of the most respected bartender's in the Coachella Valley, and he has certainly made a name for himself. From creating signature cocktail menus, being published in articles and Palm Springs Life Magazine to doing bar "Take Overs" - Antonio's work history ranges from classic cocktail bars, to Rum focused tiki bars, and even high end hotels that are apart of the Leading Hotels of the World at the Parker Palm Springs. His knowledge and passion for signature craft cocktails and hospitality is what truly sets him apart from the rest. Our guest are simply going to be "WOW'd" every step of the way when they enjoy the amazing hospitality from the Head Mixologist, that will certainly elevate the dinning experience that you will sure enjoy each evening at Foxy's Kitchen + Bar.
